The Eccentric injection molds means the injection sprue is not in the center of the mold,its because of the part construction
if We really have to build off-setting plastic moulds because of the plastic parts construction, then We have to make sure the safety and mold life ,Good quality of the molds
First of all ,We need to put the off-setting center better on the top of the mold unless our customer resist it and the eccentricity S ≤ 10%L (The mold length)
When the mold is eccentric, the ejection rod hole must also be eccentric accordingly and at least two or more ejection rod holes should be used to ensure balanced ejection.
Also the balance block is always necessary to be added into the mold
